1. Change Of Mind

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Leaked Products
If a product is received in a faulty, damaged, or leaked condition, the customer must notify us immediately upon receipt.
To process the claim, the customer is required to provide clear photographic evidence of the issue at the time of delivery/receipt.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT TIMEFRAME
- Refunds: Processed within 12–24 working hours after claim approval.
Replacements: Processed within 12–20 working hours after claim approval. - Processing time does not include courier delivery duration.
